Formularët e paraqitjes së kërkesave dhe vetëdeklarimit, të parashikuara nga neni 7, shkronja “d”, i këtij ligji, publikohen në faqen zyrtare të Ministrisë së Drejtësisë, Dhomës Kombëtare të Avokatisë dhe Drejtorisë së Ndihmës Juridike Falas.
Ky nen përforcon parimin e publicitetit dhe transparencës së miratimit të akteve nënligjore, sepse formularët dhe vetdeklarimet janë të tilla. Gjithsesi, në kohën e hartimit të këtij komentari nuk ka faqe interneti të Drejtorisë së Ndihmës Juridike Falas dhe ketë formularë apo aktet e tjera nënligjore nuk shfaqen në ëebsite-in e Dhomës Kombëtarë të Avokatisë. Ato shfaqen vetëm në ëebsite-in zyrtar të Minsitrisë së Drejtësisë. Është e rëndësishme gjithashtu që në këto ëebsite, të gjitha aktet nënligjore të jenë të shfaqura në mënyrën friendly use dhe të aksesueshme dhe kuptueshme lehtësisht nga çdo përdorues, përfshirë edhe ata që janë përfitues të ndihmës juridike.
