Në shumë raste praktikat e bashkëpunimit mes institucioneve shtetëore dhe organziatave të shoqërisë civile në fushën e ndihmës juridike kanë qënë të suksesshme për të përballuar kërkesën e popullsisë për ndihmë juridike dhe njëkohësisht kursim dhe efikasitet të fondeve buxhetore të dedikuara për këtë qëllim.
