I feel Dan felt that a better Smalltalk may very well be the vehicle for the different system I needed, but could not describe clearly. The meeting was not a disaster, and we went back to PARC nonetheless mates and colleagues, but the absolute cohesiveness of the primary 4 years by no means rejelled.
